Currently all of our apartments at the Mercantile Lofts are rented, however since many of our tenants who have been here longer than a year are now on a month-to-month basis, we may periodically have apartments that come available.  If you are interested in being put on a waiting list, please contact me through our “Contact Me” link on the website and I will let you know about the status and future openings.  Thanks!
