Here at the Merc we have the following apartments immediately available:

#310 – A two bedroom / 2 bathroom with two balconies. Spacious 1,201 sq ft at $1,380.00, but we can discount the rent to $1,300.00. A great unit with a great layout.

In May, we will have one of our most unique apartments coming available. #209 is a very large one bedroom / one bathroom apartment with 2 balconies and a bonus space that was the former vault for the bank that occupied this building in it’s previous life. On Thursday June 21, the Mercantile Lofts will host the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours from 5:00 – 7:00.  The gathering will be held in the 3 story Atrium and acoustic guitar music will be provided by Dave Cochran.  Delicious food by Dee Meyers with All Things Catered will have a Tuscan theme.  All the available apartments will be open for touring.  If you haven’t seen the completed project, come and spend some time at The Merc while enjoying great food, drinks and music.  Hope to see you here!
